If you have been directed to Atlas by your GP, consultant, physiotherapist, or allied healthcare practitioner please bring any correspondence with you. Please also bring any scan reports that you might have, e.g. MRI or X-Ray, related to your concern. Alternatively, you can upload these to your booking for us to review prior to your arrival.
