We operate a strict 24-hour notice policy when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. You will be charged the full appointment amount if your changes fall within this period.
Cancellation Policy :
Booking confirmation emails are sent as a courtesy to all our patients. To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Anything within this 24-hour window is liable to a cancellation fee totalling the appointment fee. If you fail to attend an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your payment cannot be refunded.
